The day was jam-packed; from a speed-dating style of sharing leads and agency needs, to showcasing the agencies’ best works, and an engaging talk by explorers Julie and Colin Angus. The day ended with PROI’s very own Film Festival.
The Right Honourable Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada and Global Chairperson Clare Parsons warmly welcomes the delegates to this year’s summit.

Delegates were introduced to PROI’s new partners from Ireland, Hungary, Serbia and Turkey.
HOW TO LEARN WITH EXPLORATION
Husband and wife tandem, Julie and Colin Angus, shared their key learning insights and tackled the importance of exploration in their discussion.
By the end of the day, delegates were able to wind down and watch various films and clips that showcased the creative skills of the partners. Delegates got to choose the best films for each categories, namely, APAC, North America and EMEA. Winning entries include:

SHARING OF BEST WORKS
Partner agencies get to take turns in sharing the stories of their best works and campaigns from the previous year.
Dinner at The Montmorency Manoir
The partners were able to catch up with each other over dinner at Manoir Montmorency. The place, known as the “Kent House”, is famous for being the home of the Duke of Kent, father of Queen Victoria.
Issues and Crisis Sector meeting
Through the session, the delegates were given updates on the activities of the regional sector groups. Partner agencies with issues management and crisis capabilities had an intensive exchange on crisis communications strategies and group exercises based on real scenarios.
